Do attendees need to download an app or create an account?
No — attendees scan the QR code with their phone's standard camera and the booth opens instantly in the browser. No app store download, no sign-up, no contact harvesting.
Can we display the gallery live on venue screens?
Yes. Cloud Booth includes a live gallery mode with screen wake-lock that you can display on any projector, TV or digital signage during the event.
How does corporate billing and expensing work?
All packages are one-off card or Apple Pay purchases with an itemised VAT receipt issued immediately, so it's straightforward to expense or pass to finance.
How are attendee photos and data handled?
Cloud Booth is built for UK GDPR. Galleries and photos are hosted for 60 days after the event and then permanently deleted. Attendee photos are never used for AI training or marketing.
Can we add our company or sponsor branding to the portraits?
Yes. An optional keepsake frame can carry your company or sponsor logo and a line of text such as the event name, so every saved portrait is on-brand.
Can we project the portraits onto the main stage screen?
Yes. The organiser Live Gallery runs full screen in any browser and keeps the screen awake, showing new portraits as they arrive on projectors, LED walls or TVs.
Can attendees take group photos with colleagues?
Yes. Teams can take a group selfie together, which uses one photo from your package — the same as a solo portrait.
What if more people take part than we expected?
You can top up instantly from the dashboard — +40 photos for £15 up to +400 for £75 — with a VAT receipt for each purchase.
